             BRIM HIGH TEMPERATURE LEAD WIRE

These small diameter high temperature lead wires allow unique constructions. The basic wire conforms
to MIL-W-3861 stranded Nickel plated copper.  When shielded, pure Nickel shielding per MIL-N-46026A.
rated for 100 Volts RMS*, for dry locations.

Type 1: 800°F High Temperature Rating - Suitable for aircraft or missile lead wire, heaters, furnaces,
ovens and kilns for operations between 500°F to 800°F intermittently. Conductor insulation: a double
Fiberglass braid impregnated with Silicone varnish over a stranded Nickel plated copper conductor.

Type 2: 1500°F High Temperature Rating - Suitable as a radiation resistant aircraft or missile lead wire,
furnaces, ovens & kilns for operations between 800°F to 1500°F intermittently. Conductor insulation:
a double Inorganic braid with a Silicone varnish over a stranded Nickel plated copper conductor.

Type 3: 2000°F High Temperature Rating - Suitable as a radiation resistant aircraft or missile lead wire
for operations between 1500°F and 2000°F intermittently. Conductor insulation: a double, specially
formulated, ceramic braid over a Nickel plated copper conductor and a pure Nickel braided shield overall.

                                       BRIM ECA* WIRES

DESCRIPTION: A stranded 27% Nickel plated copper conductor insulated with an
extrusion of ECA3000* resin.   ECA 3000* resin is a perflouropolymer, and falls
within a family of resins known as PTFE, FEP, PFA & E-TFE.  This special resin
provides similar chemical, electrical and mechanical characteristics to PTFE resin,
and can handle continuous heat up to 300ēC, with 600V electrical performance.  
Resistant to acids, alkalis, flame, oils, moisture, solvents and fungus.  
ECA3000* resin is REACH & RoHS compliant.
