Electronics, Inc. announces the introduction of a new
series of high temperature
extruded lead wires using a new resin for up to 300ºC
& 600V commercial applications.
ECA3000* resin falls within the family of resins
known as PTFE, FEP, PFA, E-TFE.
ECA3000 is a high temperature Perfluoropolymer. Using this new
resin, along with 19
stranded 27% nickel plated copper conductors, provides
ample protection for 300°C
applications. This
special resin is REACH & RoHS compliant. We will be
stocking this
series in 24 AWG through 18 AWG in the following standard
colors: White, Black, Red,
& Green.

DESCRIPTION: A stranded
27% Nickel plated copper conductor insulated with an
extrusion of ECA3000* Perfluoropolymer resin. This
special resin provides up to a
300C maximum continuous temperature capability with 600V
electrical performance.
Resistant to acids, alkalis, flame, oils, moisture,
solvents and fungus.
ECA* resin is REACH & RoHS compliant.
